75. Ajiaco in Bogotá
Potato soup you say? Don’t think of the stuff that resembles wallpaper paste. At Club Colombia they make ajiaco, or traditional Colombian chicken and potato soup, like you’ve never had it. While recipes and proportions change depending on the region, in Bogotá, ajiaco is made up of 3 different type of potatoes, chicken, guasca - a special South American herb - and is served with cream, capers and avocado. This isn’t just soup, this is a hearty Colombian meal. Club Colombia specializes in the best of the best of Colombian cuisine so come for ajiaco and stay to taste everything else they have on offer. This is definitely a club you’ll want to be a part of.
