39. Injera in Addis Ababa
The name of this dish might be tricky to pronounce but don’t let that fool your taste buds. Injera is a traditional flatbread quintessential to Ethiopian cuisine. This iron-rich bread is a staple in many diets and is often served with stews, salads and pulses. Don’t be fooled when you order and don’t get cutlery, for injera is the cutlery.
