27. Pierogi in Warsaw
We've seen pelmeni, tortellini and ravioli on our list, now it's time for pierogi! Poland's take on dumplings are a culinary favorite far and wide. Pierogi come boiled or fried, savory or sweet, stuffed with potatoes, cheese, meat and so much more. In Warwaw, Zapiecek has a pierogi for every taste. For lunch, dinner, as a starter or a snack, from the littelest to the largest appetites, a trip to Warsaw wouldn't be complete until you've devoured a plate full of pierogi and Zapiecek is the place to go.
